After you have confirmed your account a SendMachine operator will manually activate your account. You will receive an email when the account in active.
If you wish to send campaigns with your own application, in this menu, you will find the information needed to configure the application to use the service
For Sender Addresses you can use only address that belong to you (address@yourdomain.tld). Sending mail using email addresses of mail services such Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. is not allowed.
You haven't confirmed your email address. Check the mailbox, corresponding to the Sender Address you specified, for email confirmation and click the confirmation link.
In the SendMachine control panel under Create contact list menu, complete the required fields. Addresses are inserted one above the other, one address per line. It is possible to import addresses from a file, only CSV or Tab delimited formats are allowed.
Custom Fields are additional fields attached to an email address where you can enter contact information of the mail recipient, such as name of a person or business name, etc.
Email addresses can be unsubscribed through following methods:
Unsubscribe link in the email content
In the SendMachine control panel under Contacts menu press the button Manage and then Unsubscribe contacts. The procedure is the same as that of adding addresses.
Login in the SendMachine control panel, click on the top right field where your name is displayed, click on My Account and then Order History. In the right side of the proforma invoices tap View or send proforma by email.
Login in the SendMachine control panel, click on the top right field where your name is displayed, click on My Account and then on Invoices. In the right of the Invoice number tap View or send the invoice on Email.
Login in the SendMachine control panel, click on the top right field where your name is displayed, click on My Account and then billing information. In this menu you can edit or delete the billing information.
if your account is new or your previous package has expired, click the Upgrade button in the left side after logging and then choose the desired package.
if you want more email credits, login in the SendMachine control panel, click on the top right field where your name is displayed, click on My Account -> Order and select the desired package.
